Does ‘military-spec’ mean the complete assembly is qualified?“军规”是否表示整套组件已经获得鉴定？
No. Qualification applies to the exact product, specification, class, source and scope supported by current evidence. A project assembly must separately satisfy its drawing, contract, workmanship, inspection and platform approval requirements.不是。鉴定只适用于当前证据覆盖的准确产品、规范、等级、来源与范围。项目组件仍需单独满足图纸、合同、工艺、检验和平台批准要求。
Can you build with MIL-DTL-38999 connectors?可以使用 MIL-DTL-38999 连接器制作吗？
Projects using this family can be reviewed when the exact series, class, slash-sheet PIN, insert, contact, keying, backshell, mating half and approved-source requirement are supplied. The connector name alone is not enough.在提供准确系列、等级、分规范型号、孔位、触点、键位、尾罩、对插件与批准来源要求后，可进行项目审核；只有连接器名称还不够。

A sample supports dimensions and interface study, but it may not reveal wire designation, derating, shield topology, hidden splices, sealing materials, approved sources or qualification history.
