Configuration & Project Review

01 Joint and standard

Distinguish a wire-to-wire branch splice from a wire-to-terminal bond. Agree the validation standard for the actual joint.

02 Exact conductor stack

List every wire material, cross-section, strand construction, surface condition and branch orientation. Treat a changed combination as a review trigger.

03 Wire preparation

Define strip length, cleanliness, strand integrity and the allowed stack arrangement without assuming plated or lubricated wire behaves like bare conductor.

04 Tooling and weld window

Record the machine and tooling identity, force or pressure, amplitude, energy and monitoring limits developed for the actual joint.

05 Branch protection

Review nugget location, insulation clearance, strain relief and the selected protective system together with harness routing.

06 Joint verification

Agree mechanical strength, electrical resistance and environmental conditioning for the joint, with controlled sample preparation and traceable acceptance records.

Send the part number, drawing or sample to confirm the replacement configuration and sourcing plan.

PROJECT REVIEW / CUSTOM MANUFACTURING

Custom Wire Harness Manufacturing in China

Custom wire harness manufacturing from our China factory, with OEM/ODM project support.

A sample, clear connector photos or a description of the equipment and required quantity is enough to start a review.

Discuss Custom Manufacturing & Sourcing

Start with a part number, drawing, sample or equipment requirement.

Information for an accurate quotation

When available, include drawings and BOM, connector and mating part numbers, pinout, wire length and gauge, branch layout, quantity and required tests. Materials, inspection scope and delivery are confirmed for each project.
