CUSTOM CAPABILITY

Define the Actuator-Side Connection First

A turbo actuator connection is not identified by appearance alone. The actuator platform, connector keying, terminal arrangement, wire route and nearby heat or vibration conditions need to be documented before a replacement or custom assembly is approved.

Material and Compatibility Claims Need Evidence

Temperature resistance, sealing, vibration performance and model compatibility depend on the selected materials and the verified installation. Required limits and checks must therefore be set for the specific project.

  1. 01

Actuator platform and equipment application recorded

  2. 02

Connector keying, terminals and pin route confirmed

  3. 03

Wire protection and installation environment reviewed

  4. 04

Labels and compatibility wording limited to the approved scope

FAQ

Turbo Actuator Harness FAQ

Can a connector photo alone confirm the correct turbo harness?

No. A photo helps identify the housing, but the actuator platform, connector keying, terminals, pin route and intended equipment still need confirmation.

What should be supplied for a replacement harness request?

Provide the actuator model, equipment or engine application, connector photos, pin information, cable length, installation details and an existing sample when available.

Is every turbo actuator harness heat resistant?

The allowable temperature depends on the wire, sleeve, connector, terminals and installation position. A temperature claim should only be made against the selected material specification or agreed test requirement.

Can an existing harness be used as the development reference?

Yes, when the requester has the right to use it and the interfaces, wiring, materials and permitted design changes can be documented.

How is compatibility confirmed?

Compatibility is limited to the actuator and equipment scope that has been checked. A similar connector shape or brand name alone is not sufficient evidence.

Send the Actuator and Connector Reference

Provide the actuator model, equipment application, connector views, pin information, required length and the original harness or sample when available.
