Adapter Identification
Similar shells may be used with different internal wiring. Product photos help identify the housing, but the exact model and pin definition remain part of the purchasing specification.
Before You Order
Can two adapters with the same outer shape be interchangeable?
Not automatically. Terminal population, pin routing, keying and tool requirements can differ even when the housing appears identical.
What photos are useful for adapter identification?
Provide both mating faces, side views showing keying and locks, labels or part numbers and the connected tool or cable when available.
Can an adapter be customized?
Connector selection and pin routing can be reviewed when both interfaces, terminal requirements, function and expected quantity are defined.
